Really friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the door. I ended up buying a ford puma and took it away same day(I had my paperwork with me just in case)At no point did I feel any pressure talked me through every step of the process of buying the car and helped fill in the finance paperwork also made sure I understood after every section. How refreshing to find a car sales company that really puts the customer first.
After spending weeks trying to replace my 20 year old Mercedes with something similar at a reasonable price and I could not find anything that was not the same age as my old car or with 13000 or more on the clock.

My wife finally came up with a 2009 Mercedes c180 compressor 1600cc Blue Efficiency at Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars which was 180 miles away from where I live in Malvern Worcestershire. However the car was immaculate and only had 48000 miles on the clock. I phoned Gavin to ask all the key points about the car and he convinced me without any of the usual sales pressure to visit and said I wouldn't be disappointed and said if I didn't buy the car he would pay the fuel cost of visit.
Well he was right the car was absolutely immaculate and even the engine looked brand new and spotless,
A friend offered to drive me down and having seen the car and had a test drive I sent my friend home.
Gavin did all necessary paperwork getting car taxed and insured etc. and explained all the workings of the car and even took me to a local filling station to fill up for my journey home.

While Gavin was doing paperwork I looked around the cars that were on offer in the covered showroom and they all looked brand new and in amazing condition.

I am over 80 and have chronic arthritis and 4 joints replaced so I expected to have to make several stops on way home but I drove home with no stops in complete comfort,the car was a dream to drive.

I had a couple of minor issues after purchase but Gavin was always on hand to help.

Would highly recommend this company to friends and family comfort in the knowledge they would get a good deal and good after sales service.

Ive only beed driving for a few years and when I have brought a car 2 must I add, I have never been treated with the respect and kindness as I was here, cannot fault them one bit and it was more like dealing with somebody you knew rather than a car sales man. Would like to begin with thanking salesman John for his 5 star plus service. From walking into the showroom from finalising the purchase, he had been an absolute star. He really made us feel welcome, had incredible knowledge and really knows how to sell a car! I mean to say, the car pretty much sold itself due to it's impecible condition. Wow every single car that's for sale has really been taken care of. Never been to a dealership that takes such pride in their motors - ever!

I have to say the Mini we picked up this weekend is one of the cleanest second hand cars I have ever driven away in, you would not believe it is nearly 10 years in age.

Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars are , without a doubt, the most professional, friendly, hassle free car sales I have had the pleasure to do business with .
I purchased a beautiful, black Jaguar XF with a mere 15000 miles on the clock . If I took the plates off, you would think it was new .
Gavin , from my first conversation to the last and through the whole process was delightful , no hard selling , no pressure in buying , no "I've got someone else coming to see it later " , just calm and reassuring .
For most of my life, I've been fortunate enough to have new cars , mainly Range Rovers and Jags. I'm beginning to think what a waste of money it's been after seeing what you can get second hand from Ebbsfleet Cars. I'm really fussy too, when it comes to searching for a new Car , I spend months looking /viewing before I finally see the one I like , but when I walked into the showroom at Ebbsfleet cars , I was a bit taken aback , to say the least , I couldn't believe how immaculate all the cars were to the point that when Gavin asked me to view and check the Jag I was interested in , I felt like I was insulting him , as if I needed to? honestly , you need to come and see for yourself .

From enquiry online, to purchase day only two days later we experienced a great service. The Car we Was Interested In Was Ready For Me When I Arrived And Perfectly Presented. I Had a Test Drive With Craig, the car was great and In perfect condition. We decided to go ahead and purchase, it was a friendly, simple and easy buying process with Gavin. I was feeling quite poorly on the day and had over an hours drive home, Gavin offered me some cold and flu tablets to make the drive home bearable, which was extremely kind. There was a small issue with a light in The car a few days after we got home. Gavin advised us to take it to a local garage and get it checked/ fixed, he then liaised with our local garage personally to rectify this and covered the cost with no problems . These guys are Trustworthy and professional who gave us a friendly and pleasant car buying experience. We Highly Recommend EBBSFLEET SPECIALIST CARS.

Took a test drive in the car I had chosen and over a cup of coffee the paperwork was completed and I drove the car home after it had been given a last polish and pdi. I have purchased many cars over the years but this dealership stands out as the best. Keep up the good work.

So I unexpectedly had to buy a car due my previous car being, well, a scrapped disappointment. I pulled myself together and spent a few weeks researching the car that would best meet my wants (reliability reliability reliability plus a bit of luxury = Lexus CT). Then I researched the places selling a car with the criteria important to me (FSH, low mileage, >2017 age). ESC was one of a couple of places selling a car that met my criteria at a price that worked for me. So I researched those vendors. I chose to buy from ESC cos they were the most trustable business. They've been in business for yonks, have excellent reviews, company accounts all looked good, no dubious self-reviewing. Did I mention that my previous car I'd had to scrap (it was a ford 1.0 eco serv nonsense), so I was carless and I caught the train to view the car. They picked me up from the stn. They were friendly. They knew the car, they know cars. The staff all seemed happy and I got from them that they are proud to work at ESC and to deliver high customer-service standard. Made me a decent cuppa. Buying was a really pleasant experience. They were telling me how they get repeat custom. I'm genuinely not surprised. I thoroughly recommend ESC. If only all businesses were like ESC. 5 STARS FOR EVERY PART OF THE BUYING EXPERIENCE.

Absolutely fantastic buying experience (7 year old Jaguar XE). From my first contact with Gavin, he always responded to all my questions within minutes and yesterday we went to their site for a test drive (and met at Ebbsfleet
station!). The car was immaculate, hard to tell wasn't brand new! We were given a good test drive and Gavin knew his way around the vehicle and controls better than some main dealers i've used in the past. He then took us through all the paperwork in great (very reassuring) detail. No rush, no hassle. We took out the extended 3 year warranty, which seems very good value and coverage. They are also AA Used Car registered which provided further peace of mind. The car came with nearly half tank of petrol. Plus cups of tea while we went through everything! The 100 mile drive home was a pleasure. If we ever wanted another used car, I'd go straight back there! Many thanks and every success in 2025.

We travelled up from Manchester to view a landrover Discovery which matched all our needs. Gavin was very accomodating and stayed late for us to arrive, Craig also met us and the car was immaculate and exactly as described. We ended up having to stay over at a close by hotel as we had our Granson with us - Craig dropped us off and Gavin Picked us up the next morning. We agreed on a very fair price for our car and part exchanged and also agreed on an extended warranty and so far so good, the car is running smoothly. Having come all the way from Manchester to see this car and normally buying from main dealers, this was a new experience for us and i can say a really good one, they are both great guys and i would highly recommend them.

I don't know the first thing about cars while I have been looking for my daughter's car. I came across this garage & all I can say is wow what a service. I took my dad with me as I didn't want the usual hard sell that you get with your typical car sales garages when a woman walks in (which is what was happening with other garages), but I really would have been fine if I went alone with this garage. Was a bit dubious about the place when I arrived to view the car but was met by Gavin who allowed me to spend as long as I wanted looking it over before taking it for a test drive which lasted a good 45 mins allowing me to feel comfortable and really test the car. The day after purchase an engine management light appeared on the dash due to faulty sensors which were quickly replaced and returned at no cost. Buying cars it not something I enjoy but Gavin made it a comfortable experience.

From my first contact to this firm and speaking with Gavin I found the whole process very pleasant and easy, certainly no pressure whatsoever. I was offered a part exchange trade in at a fair price for the benefit of both parties from photographs of my own vehicle. I did not at any time visit or see the new vehicle prior to purchase therefore equally relied upon their description and photographs. My new vehicle was later delivered some 150 miles and my px taken away. All as described and so well presented, so well valeted, almost like a new car and half a tank of fuel too, something I have never previously experienced.
This firm is absolutely top notch, very fair and reliable and highly recommended.

Purchased E Class in immaculate condition, only thing I could find that front Tyres were a bit low on tread, No problem they fitted 2 new Tyres. they were extremely helpful from start to finish and all of there cars are in very good condition.I would highly recommend them.
